Are you passionate about developing assessments that drive business outcomes and improve workplace well-being? We're seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the development of psychological tests and assessments at our organization.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in psychometrics, regardless of prior experience in the field. You'll work at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business to create assessments that enhance hiring, recruitment, and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Refine Assessments: Create psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure Scientific Accuracy: Guarantee the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of our psychological assessments.
  • Analyze Psychometric Data: Analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.
  • Integrate Survey Results: Integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; prior work experience is not required.
  • Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, with an interest in psychometrics and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Interest in workplace psychology, recruitment assessments, or employee well-being surveys.
  • Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical business insights.
  • Strong English proficiency; Tagalog proficiency is an advantage for localization purposes.
