We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing the current and future business environment and systems landscape.

  • Analyse the current and future business environment and systems landscape.
  • Gather and document business and client project requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that are clear, unambiguous, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
