About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Marketing Analyst/Specialist to join our organization.

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and establishing best practices for analytics. Your expertise will help drive traffic by reviewing data, developing new analytics, looking for insights, and delivering recommendations on how to continually improve marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Prepare ad-hoc KPI, pricing reports, and product performance reports
  • Trend Identification: Monitor, identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Marketing Review: Review and analyze all marketing efforts, including performance by individual ad, media, and campaign, to identify successful elements and work to continuously improve ad performance
  • Actionable Insights: Develop actionable insights and help formulate strategic direction of marketing efforts
  • Customer Trends: Identify customer trends and recommend data-driven responses to guide strategy and decision making within the Marketing organization
  • Quantitative Analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to support marketing decision making
  • Strategic Recommendations: Make strategic recommendations backed up by data and analyzed trends
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required; Master's preferred
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role
  • Data Skills: Comfortable working with large data sets, advanced quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, creative and innovative thinker with ability to translate complex ideas, sophisticated analyses, and metrics into simple, actionable marketing strategy
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with advanced SQL and Excel, experience manipulating large data sets and statistical modeling through R or Python, strong math, statistics, and data mining skills
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with classification and clustering techniques, experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, and other BI tools, experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Communication: Display high-level professional discipline and service leadership, articulate in both written and verbal English communication
