Operations Production Output Manager

Oversee the delivery of bank products and services to ensure timely, competent, and error-free results in collaboration with other relevant parties within internal and external controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage adjustments, forex currency conversions, amendments, and refunds for Telemoney remittance approvals.
  • Handle in-transit credit transactions related to Telemoney.
  • Approve shipping payroll and establish tie-ups for Telemoney.
  • Conduct PAS6 approvals for the Trade Ops Department.
  • Authorize reprocessing of ROR and ROC transactions.
  • Monitor and hold recalls of inward remittances for the Settlements Department.
  • Supervise Instapay during system downtimes for various banks.
  • Approve holding of accounts that cannot be tagged as Hot Card by Customer Care.
  • Provide approvals for PhilpassPlus transactions.
  • Approve bulk uploads from GHL, Unahco, Manila Water, RioTuba, and Malayan Insurance.
  • Check and approve demand draft processing for regular and bulk requests.
  • Handle approvals for various WORQ requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College degree.
  • Preferably with background in remittance, digital banking, people management, and MS Office (such as Excel and PPT).
  • Knowledgeable in bank operations, products, and services.
  • Understanding of BSP circulars, regulations, and reports.
  • Experience with day-to-day banking activities.
  • Familiarity with bank policies and procedures.
  • Technical expertise and knowledge in reconciliation of electronic payments and channels.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets formulas.
