Job Title: Digital Systems Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems Specialist to manage our marketing systems and workflows. This individual will be responsible for building, optimizing, and owning the digital infrastructure that drives our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes, minimize manual work, and increase scale.
  • Campaign Support: Set up and configure campaign infrastructure, including landing pages, forms, and UTM tracking.
  • Lead Management: Ensure accurate data management, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports using Sheets or Looker to monitor marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Run tests across emails, pages, and flows to boost conversions and funnel performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years in Marketing Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Skills: Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager; strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution; excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills.
  • Comfort Level: Comfortable working independently and managing multiple systems.
  • Communication Style: Able to explain technical details to non-technical teams.
