Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Property Manager/Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support to tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Submit invoices into the designated accounting software (training provided).
  • Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases or other property-related matters.
  • Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of office experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
