Operational Manager - E-commerce Fulfillment

The Operational Manager - E-commerce Fulfillment is a critical role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce fulfillment center. The successful candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational efficiency and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance
  • Manage inbound, sort, outbound, and returns operations to meet customer expectations
  • Evaluate and improve processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or higher, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office and Google Applications.
