Marketing Campaign Specialist

This role focuses on leveraging precise audience segmentation, data-driven targeting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, including forecasting, target market analysis, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries to identify and target specific consumer segments with precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign results, provide regular updates during launches, and troubleshoot issues using data-informed solutions.
  • Design and present reports summarizing campaign outcomes and supporting A/B testing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in business or marketing analytics, with expertise in SQL (joins, CTEs, table creation) and data visualization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting).
  • Able to extract actionable insights from large data sets and communicate them effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
