Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to lead the successful execution of various client and internal projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project execution for assigned initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Cross-functional team coordination to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues—escalate when necessary.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders.
  • Maintain all documentation and share accordingly.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and post-project evaluations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management (preferably in tech, operations, or marketing).
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
