We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in building, optimizing, and owning marketing systems and workflows.

The successful applicant will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more are running seamlessly — automating tasks, improving lead flow, and delivering clean, actionable data.

Responsibilities
  • Administer HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Gravity Forms, and other essential tools.
  • Build workflows for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign processes.
  • Provide technical support for campaigns, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth execution.
  • Maintain data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex, monitoring marketing KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and funnel improvements to boost conversions and funnel performance.
  • Explore AI and tooling options, such as Clay, Zapier, and built-in AI features, to enhance automation and personalization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using project tools like Notion.
  • Experience with Gravity Forms, Clay, Zapier, Hex, Outreach, or AI tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • A self-starter who proactively solves problems.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple systems.
  • A clear communicator who can explain technical details to non-technical teams.
  • Curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Success Metrics

Key performance indicators include:

  • Understanding the business, tech stack, and system connections within 30 days.
  • Actively improving workflows and managing data operations within 60 days.
  • Confidently owning systems, fixing issues, and shipping improvements within 90 days.
