A part-time position available for a skilled Financial Administrator to manage financial and administrative tasks.
Job Description
This is a remote, part-time opportunity with a work schedule of 20 hours per week (9am – 1pm UK time daily, no break). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping in Xero, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. They will also process transactions from platforms like Stripe and Wise, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and implement best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bookkeeping Experience: 2-3 years of experience with Xero proficiency.
- Administrative Support: 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Dext, TutorCruncher, Stripe, and Wise is advantageous.
- Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of UK accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) or willingness to undertake training.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Remote Work Experience: Self-motivated with remote work experience.
