Financial Administrator Role

A part-time position available for a skilled Financial Administrator to manage financial and administrative tasks.


Job Description

This is a remote, part-time opportunity with a work schedule of 20 hours per week (9am – 1pm UK time daily, no break). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping in Xero, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. They will also process transactions from platforms like Stripe and Wise, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and implement best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bookkeeping Experience: 2-3 years of experience with Xero proficiency.
  2. Administrative Support: 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Dext, TutorCruncher, Stripe, and Wise is advantageous.
  4. Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of UK accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) or willingness to undertake training.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Remote Work Experience: Self-motivated with remote work experience.
