Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our organization on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Invoicing:
    1. Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
    2. Maintain proper documentation of all billing records.
  • Accounts Payable:
    1. Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments.
    2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    1. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments.
    2. Prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts.
  • Debt Collection:
    1. Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone or email.
    2. Maintain a log of collection activities and customer communications.
  • Financial Reconciliation:
    1. Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.
    2. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
    • Solid understanding of financial processes and procedures.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
