Implementation Specialist

This role is a key position in our team, responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of our platform for clients. As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the system, and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. They will also be passionate about client satisfaction and have a desire to help us grow and achieve our purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines.
  • Assist in developing project plans, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Participate in the implementation process, partnering closely with clients' technical sponsors on configuration and testing.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a clear understanding of system capabilities and functionalities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field, including technical support, project management/coordination, product implementation, account management, customer success, etc.
  • Strong technical background, with proficiency in configuring and customizing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Google Apps.
