The engineering operations manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of engineering projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the engineering team in operational activities, including planning, implementing, and monitoring projects.

  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, while maintaining effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Prepare progress reports, technical documents, and project updates for management, providing accurate and timely information to inform decision-making.

 

">Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required)

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Head or Manager handling multiple projects

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Proficient in construction planning, cost estimation, and quality control

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
