Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps professional to join our team and help drive the growth of our SaaS software platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Investigate issues, identify root causes, and ensure the stability and reliability of the SaaS environment.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate provisioning and management.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software releases.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.
  • Cloud Management: Optimize cloud resources on Azure for cost, security, and performance.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for system availability, performance, and security.
  • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Scripting and Automation: Write scripts and automation tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development to understand requirements and implement infrastructure support.
  • Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience is required.
  • Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant offering is required.
  • Proven experience with containers, container orchestrations systems, and templating languages is required.
  • Ability to work rotational weekend schedules is required.
