Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Operations Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and maintaining infrastructure environments, ensuring seamless operation and high availability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and incident response: Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Infrastructure as code management: Develop and manage infrastructure configurations using Terraform or Ansible.
  • Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and delivery.
  • Containerization and orchestration: Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Cloud management: Oversee cloud resources on the Azure platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Logging and monitoring: Set up comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions to provide real-time insights into system performance.
  • Security and compliance: Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security and compliance, ensuring data protection and regulatory adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud service provider operations.
  • Experience in maintaining, scaling, and operating consumer multi-tenant offerings.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven expertise in containers and container orchestration systems.
  • Familiarity with templating and configuration languages such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM/Bicep), Terraform, JSON, and YAML.
