IT Infrastructure Specialist

The field of IT is a rapidly evolving landscape where professionals with the right skills can thrive. As an IT engineer, you will play a crucial role in installing, setting up, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint infrastructure outside the central data center. This includes desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, monitors, branch servers, LAN switches, bank-owned network equipment, closed-circuit TV, un-interruptible power supply, ATM, and CAM.

Responsibilities include performing system implementations, rollout and deployment of endpoint software, inspecting and verifying readiness of new Bank locations for installation of endpoint infrastructure, providing phone, service ticketing, chat, remote and/or onsite support, reporting common causes of IT equipment malfunction and failure, and recommending appropriate preventive measures.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including testing and evaluation of new endpoint infrastructure, such as desktops, laptops, and printers, monitors, scanners, etc. You will also be responsible for accurately updating ITG's records in relation to your engineering tasks and workload.

• Install, set up, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace endpoint infrastructure outside the central data center
