Service Desk Engineer Trends Group Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Trends Group Inc. in Albay. The successful candidate will provide remote and onsite technical support for a wide range of IT systems, address various technical concerns of our clients, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor's degree in information technology, ECE, Computer Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for clients
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support requests and resolutions
  • Contribute to creating and updating knowledge base articles and user guides

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, ECE, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in an onsite technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with motorcycle eligibility
