Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Creative Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies and concepts for Ecom ads that drive results.

  • Develop compelling creative ideas that capture the essence of products and resonate with target audiences
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers and creatives to bring vision to life
  • Analyze performance data to refine ideas and improve future ad campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor ads, and cultural moments to inform content strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging ad copy and visuals that speak to the product's unique value proposition
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
  • Stay informed about market developments and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist in Ecom Ads
  • Strong creative thinking with a performance-first mindset
  • Experience working on DTC or e-commerce brands (preferred)
  • Ability to pitch ideas and explain the 'why' behind your direction
  • Strategic thinker who understands online buying behavior
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment
