Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that align with our brand standards. This role requires a strong background in advertising and marketing, as well as experience working with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies and solutions that meet deadlines and align with brand standards.
  • Oversee multiple creative projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Provide creative direction on copy or messaging for all creative and production-based output.
  • Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, writers, and multimedia team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, XD, Lightroom, Spark, Dimension, After Effects).
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in using AI tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly.
  • Extensive understanding of online advertising and marketing trends, specifically for the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of working with high-profile clients.
