CLAY CREATIVE STUDIO IS HIRING FOR AN ART DIRECTOR


• We offer a remote work setup

• Willing to work as Independent contractor 3 to 6 months


• 5 years in leadership role / 10 years experience in design/creative role

Oversight and creative leadership of (1) one Multimedia Designer from Clay Creative Studio, to support client's Brand Migration efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure development and delivery of high-quality static and video materials that strictly adhere to client's templates, branding, and style guidelines.

Oversee the preparation of final layouts in Adobe InDesign, and video assets using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Supervise the creation of PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency with client's visual identity and messaging.

Review and provide art direction on documents created by internal teams and external agencies from a brand alignment perspective, offering constructive feedback and ensuring visual consistency across touchpoints.

Coordinate with client for the provision and use of approved visual assets (photography, illustrations, copy, etc.) across static, video, and printable materials.

Ensure timely submission of both publishable output and open working files.

Software Proficiency Expected:

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced skills in layout, animation, and design customization)

Figma or equivalent design collaboration tools

Interview Process:

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a light design task involving a sample layout and PowerPoint slide. This will serve to assess their visual aesthetics, sense of brand, and design judgment. Tasks will be brief and not time-intensive.
