Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and online chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers with inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations and providing personalized support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure best-in-class service.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong time management skills with the majority of your time focused on inbound calls.
  • Flexibility with scheduling is preferred.
