We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to support the growth of our organization by documenting and assessing current capabilities, identifying opportunities to enhance our ways of working, and championing recommendations and change initiatives with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of our Business Capability Map and contribute to delivering Operational Excellence.
  • Build up a strong stakeholder network to understand current issues and what they need to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to maturing our organization by defining change initiatives that enhance business capabilities and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
  • Find ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness and present recommendations for organizational improvements.
  • Engineer and document business processes and develop associated metrics to continuously measure performance.
  • Support the development of Business Cases to secure funding for transformational programs of work.
  • Continuously learn about new business and technology trends to improve skills and knowledge and identify synergies that will benefit the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Previous experience working in a Business Architect role (or as a Lead Business Analyst).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation plans forward.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Manage difficult conversations and conflicting stakeholder perspectives.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Adaptable with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Architecture Frameworks (i.e., TOGAF) and Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) is advantageous.
