Job Description:

The Transformation Manager drives the company's transformation agenda. The scope of the role includes but is not limited to:

  1. Key Contributor in the creation of the Transformation Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
  2. Co-Stewards the company's Transformation Journey and Program.
  3. Manages the execution, benefits, and risks of medium to large Transformation Programs.
  4. Drives collaboration and influences cross-functional business and delivery teams to drive the Transformation agenda and ensures that the desired results (execution certainty) of medium to large Transformation Programs are met.
  5. Accountable for the Transformation outcomes of medium to large programs/projects managed from topline to bottom line including business results up to desired client experience.
  6. Provides capabilities and tools to effectively deliver the medium to large programs (i.e. change management, communication plan, talents required).
  7. Provides expertise with regards to business transformation trends (i.e. programs, platforms, processes, people, and partnerships).

The role reports to the Head, Transformation Management.
