Job Title: Social Media Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Individual to join our team as a Social Media Influencer Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with creators and brand partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through execution and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting systems for influencer content and collaborations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or marketing coordination roles.
  • Prior experience working within DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, agencies, or influencer platforms.
  • Proficiency with organizational and reporting tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and Airtable.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a remote position that requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.
