About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven marketing professional to lead our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program.

This is a full-time contract role that offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging content and building a community around our brand.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs, with a proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic channels
  • Create high-quality content, including short-form video and original graphics, that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, from outreach and contracting to performance tracking and evaluation
  • Monitor and report on performance data, using insights to inform future content and partnership decisions
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and audience behavior
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex topics relatable and digestible
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to evaluate performance and iterate intelligently
  • Personal connection to the topics we cover, or a deep interest in learning about them

  • Balanced strategic thinking and strong execution, moving quickly without sacrificing quality
