Job Description

As a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to grow reach and engagement. Your primary focus will be on building engaging online communities, driving brand awareness, and turning followers into customers.

Key responsibilities include planning, creating, and scheduling content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. You will also monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on insights, and stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships. Additionally, you will engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Supporting email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas is also a crucial aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
