Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, with proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with email marketing platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing subscriber lists, analysing campaign performance, and providing detailed analytics and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Creation: Design and execute marketing campaigns across various customer segments, focusing on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies
  • Email database management including list building, segmentation, and personalisation to maximise deliverability and engagement rates
  • Create compelling content including subject lines, copy, and templates that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions
  • Monitor email deliverability, manage sender reputation, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and creating workflows briefed in by the CRM team, reviewing workflow performance regularly, and reporting back on any insights and optimisations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations, and experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies.

They will also have excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content, and familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.
