WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Provide technical support via phone, email and chat.
  • Respond to inquiries and alerts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with technologies and adapt quickly to process changes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Knowledge-sharing sessions with the team and assist in training new members.
  • Gain understanding of clients' products and services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries or questions.
  • Collaborate with and support team members when needed.
  • Take on additional tasks or responsibilities to meet team objectives.

WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Candidates should have experience supporting customers via email and chat, general knowledge of web-based and mobile apps, SaaS Products - Software as a Service, ability to thrive in dynamic environments, metrics-driven and proven ability to handle a high volume of interactions.

Ability to properly understand and convey tone via written communications.
