Job Role

The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the City Manager and a small team to manage day-to-day operations of our flagship business. This includes inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad-hoc initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and hospitality-oriented team player who can provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operations.

  • Relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, and inventory management is essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service are necessary.
  • A friendly positive attitude and team player mindset are vital.
