About the role

Join the dynamic team at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS as an Operations Manager. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food business, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity and profitability
  • Manage and lead a team of operational staff, providing coaching, training and performance management
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including inventory management, logistics, customer service and staff scheduling
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in operations management, ideally within the restaurant, food and kiosk industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using data and metrics to drive operational excellence
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
