Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training course materials leveraging instructional design principles in conjunction with adult learning theory.
  • Develop assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness.
  • Design training and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery.
  • Establish learning objectives that encompass audience, behavior, conditions, and standards.
  • Apply fundamental research skills to instructional design projects.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing training content across accounts and drive improvements, creativity, and innovation in training content presentation and distribution.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, experience in creative instructional design technologies, expertise in adult learning, and a passion for driving innovative learning solutions.

Experience with Instructional Design software such as Storyline and Captivate is advantageous. A Bachelor's Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
