Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clerical support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, review, and distribute accurate documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events
- Oversee office supplies inventory and maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Accurately input and update data in company systems
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
Required Skills:

- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment

Qualifications:
- Female only
- 18-38 years old
- Preferably a graduate of Office Administration, Secretarial, or related courses
- At least 1 year experience as an office secretary or personal secretary
- Proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Good looking and pleasing personality
- With excellent communication skills (oral and verbal)
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary package, including a monthly salary of P25,000-P35,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
