Job Title: Product Acceptance Specialist LeadWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead impactful in-store and virtual training sessions for merchant staff. This role plays a key part in promoting product acceptance and enhancing merchant engagement across various branches.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct instructor-led and virtual training for merchant staff to ensure complete understanding and retention of acceptance procedures.
  • Drive awareness and understanding of Pluxee product acceptance through campaigns and mystery shopper programs.
  • Analyze training effectiveness, participation, challenges, and material distribution to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in facilitation, training, or group presentations with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
