We are hiring a Product Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of our product strategy, delivery, and user value. This role combines strategic product leadership with the executional ownership, making it ideal for professionals who are equally comfortable defining "what to build" and managing "how it gets built."

You will own the product roadmap, lead the backlog grooming process, define release goals, and ensure that each product iteration is purposeful, measurable, and aligned with broader business objectives. The role will require ongoing collaboration with developers, designers, marketers, analysts, and operations.

What You Will Do

• Own the Product Lifecycle – Manage the full cycle of product development from ideation and roadmap creation to release, iteration, and performance tracking.
• Translate Vision into Action – Break down product strategy into actionable features, epics, and detailed user stories. Prioritize the backlog based on business goals, user impact, and team capacity.
• Sprint Execution & Delivery – Serve as the Product Owner in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Ensure tickets are ready for development and that the team is aligned on outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, business development, and customer support teams to gather insights, resolve blockers, and ensure timely releases.
• Backlog Management – Maintain a clean and dynamic backlog. Continuously refine priorities and clarify acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA and developers.
• Customer and Market Understanding – Represent the user internally. Incorporate data, feedback, and competitive insights to inform feature prioritization and refinement.
• Performance & Data Tracking – Monitor feature performance, define success metrics, and analyze user behavior to make iterative product improvements.
• Internal Communication & Documentation – Maintain updated product documentation, feature specs, workflows, and changelogs to keep internal stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's or continuing studies in product management or UX is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or related role in a tech-enabled or digital product organization. Experience in B2C platforms, fintech, SaaS, or community ecosystems is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing both product strategy and delivery execution within Agile or hybrid environments.
• Proficient in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, conversion funnels, platform engagement, and lifecycle optimization.
• Strong business acumen and ability to balance user experience, development velocity, and business constraints.
• Comfortable working with data and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or other Agile product frameworks.
• Experience working directly with designers and engineers to deliver UI-focused and backend-intensive features.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Miro) and workflow documentation platforms.
• Exposure to early-stage tech or cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
