Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team in supporting our customers on our platform.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a strong drive to help clients succeed. They will be responsible for conducting proactive outreach across a diverse client portfolio to ensure clients are fully functional on our platform, gathering Voice of Customer insights for future product updates, and managing communications and account needs for low-touch and mid-tier clients.

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Success Specialist, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
