Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at DigiPlus Interactive Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various roles within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a robust talent pipeline to meet the organization's workforce needs
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
  • Conduct initial evaluations of candidate resumes and cover letters
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Deliver high-quality candidates to the hiring team, meeting the requirements of each requisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
