Job Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead that is strategic and hands-on to be the backbone of our fast-scaling sales, marketing, and customer success engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop seamless integrations and workflows for end-to-end funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Design scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
  • Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Produce and distribute regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
  • Test sales and marketing automations within Pipedrive prior to deployment.
  • Document SOPs in Confluence to ensure clarity and scalability.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
  • Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools.
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
  • Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
  • Proactive problem-solver and natural go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a hands-on, adaptable, and scale-up mindset.
