We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at PRINCE MOTOR CORPORATION.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and executing business plans, and managing sales administration functions.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Management, or Administration, or equivalent, and at least 2-5 years of related work experience in sales management.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage sales administration functions, including operational performance reporting and process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
