Job Opportunity

As a Senior General Accountant, you will play a key role in leading our finance team and driving business growth.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and account balances.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations, amortization and depreciation of fixed assets, and record adjustments in the accounting system.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial information.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and resolution of any audit findings.
  • Provide analytical support to senior management on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting with exposure to external audits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other accounting software.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
