About the Role

The Digital Platforms Systems Support Consultant is responsible for establishing, reviewing, and realigning processes to support company projects and initiatives. They ensure the quality and timely delivery of technology, systems, and procedural changes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, set, and cascade new process designs to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives, including new technology or systems and procedural changes.
  • Implement communication and deployment strategies for new technologies or processes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared for changes.
  • Review system and process capabilities, propose enhancements, and validate IT solutions against defined processes and user specifications.
  • Design strategies and plans for User Acceptance Testing, including test plans, scripts, and result documentation.
  • Manage project time and costs, prioritize activities, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for systems and processes, understanding their purpose, implementation basis, and logic, and addressing issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external partners to incorporate their requirements into process and system enhancements.
  • Conduct studies such as manpower/resource evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, options analysis, and feasibility studies.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year business-related course, preferably BS Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, process reengineering, or systems and control implementation.
