Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team. As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-informed case management and individualized support to people in the community.

The position involves ensuring a high level of community safety through the case management of adults subject to orders within the community, while maintaining high standards of assessment practices that facilitate effective supervision and improve reintegration and rehabilitation of individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts with internal and external stakeholders to gain commitments and negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources, and other relevant issues.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease, demonstrating experience working within a legislative framework.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, negotiating on sensitive and complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective written and oral communication skills.
Essential Requirements
  • A valid driver's licence (C class Australian licence) is required for travel and work across various locations.
  • Temporary work from alternate locations or extended hours may be required.
  • Completion of Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) is mandatory within 18 months of employment.
