Job Title: Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing client security systems, including endpoint protection, email security, network security, identity threat protection, dark web protection, data loss prevention, and vulnerability scanners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to and managing security incidents
  • Performing security maturity and posture assessments
  • Working closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment
  • Hands-on experience in cloud security, email security solutions, network security devices, vulnerability management, and compliance, incident management, and reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Monitoring and maintaining client security systems
  • Responding to security alerts and performing remediation actions to mitigate or eliminate security threats
  • Analyzing vulnerability scans and reports to provide remediation plans to clients
  • Researching new security trends and keeping up to date on security best practices
