Job Description

A senior-level professional is sought after to oversee the management and maintenance of employee data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. This role involves administering employee data and compensation information, participating in process-improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data systems and workflows.

  • Establish data quality standards and procedures for maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Manage data entry processes and conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to optimize data systems and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR data management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in document management systems and Google Suite applications.
