Job Overview

This role delivers client-facing services as part of our Remote Site Management service capability within the APAC Region.

About the Role:

  • Organize vendors to clients and other site stakeholders.
  • Liaise, coordinate, and communicate with client teams and other site stakeholders.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of assigned sites' operating characteristics and profile.
  • Respond to requests for service and assistance related to assigned sites.
  • Serve as the single point of contact between clients and RSM requirements.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Must have 1-3 years of facility management experience.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Must be internet-savvy and possess advanced IT skills for remote communications.
  • Must be fluent in English communication, both oral and written.
