Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in visual design and artwork production to join our team.

  • Creative Designer: Possesses a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums, including vector graphics, typography, and color theory.
  • Collaborative Professional: Adept at working effectively with cross-functional teams, providing and receiving constructive feedback to deliver high-quality results.
  • Detail-Oriented: Skilled in artwork design and finalization with a high level of accuracy, ensuring that all file outputs meet print standards and quality requirements.
  • Time Manager: Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure, managing the Production Art Queue to maintain timely output.
  • Problem-Solver: Flexible and resourceful in adapting designs to project needs and client requests, communicating effectively with internal teams and clients for revisions and suggestions.
Responsibilities:
  • Convert artwork from orders into proper production-ready files, ensuring that all design elements meet project specifications and client expectations.
  • Manage the Production Art Queue to maintain timely output, monitoring status to prevent delays and delivering final products that meet project requirements.
  • Support the Virtual Rendering Queue and assist with other art department tasks as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Vectorize logos, format files correctly, and create mockups for sales teams, leveraging expertise in visual design and artwork production to drive business results.
  • Set type and size imprints on promotional products, creating graphics and layouts for product illustrations that meet project specifications and client expectations.
  • Pull product templates from supplier websites for proofs, send proofs to customers for review and approval, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients for revisions and suggestions.
  • Deliver final products that meet project specifications and client expectations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the artwork production process.
