General Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee files, including personnel documents and performance evaluations.
- ID Creation for New Hires: Coordinate the creation of identification cards for new employees, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Scheduling and inviting new hires: Assist in scheduling new hire orientations and inviting employees to company events.
- Routing of exit clearance: Process exit clearance requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Participate in planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work environment.
- Administrative Support for HR and Production: Provide administrative assistance to the HR department and production team, as needed.
- HR Database Management: Update and maintain HR databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information.
- Personnel Records and Documentation: Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
- HR Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Employee Queries and Information: Respond to employee inquiries and provide requested information in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule Coordination: Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, coordinating calendar activities and appointments.
- Senior Management Reports: Prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
