Logistics Coordinator Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring timely arrival of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to track shipments
  • Schedule deliveries and ensure timely arrival of goods
  • Prepare and organize import documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists)
  • Assist in gathering documents for customs brokers and internal use
  • Communicate with suppliers via email or phone to confirm shipment details
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration graduate or other relevant course
  • Knowledge in Incoterms
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Windows-based desktop software and basic office tools
