Job Title: Strategic Insights Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Global Sales Operations group, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for analyzing complex sales data to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
    • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development
    • Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized visualizations.
  • Data Quality and Integrity
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
    • Implement data validation techniques to prevent errors and inconsistencies.

  • Quality and timeliness of insights delivered.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Development and maintenance of high-quality dashboards and reports.
