Lead Data Insights

Unlock business potential by driving data-driven strategies. We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team.

As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for developing predictive models and advanced analytics to uncover user behaviors and content trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, reporting tools, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver data-driven strategies
  • Champion A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize content performance
  • Contribute to the architecture and integrity of our data warehouse
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
  • Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and Agile workflows
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex insights to anyone
  • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Math, or a related field
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including: BigQuery, Google Colab, Looker Studio, Analytics 360, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Manager
  • Apache Airflow
  • Databricks
  • Data modeling and database design, including partitioning strategies for large tables
